In the morning, our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby, then drive to the local morning food market, here we will buy the fresh cooking materials for our following cooking class, our tour guide will introduce the using method of traditional Chinese cooking ingredient. Come to the nearby our Cooking classroom, our cooking teacher will start the two popular Chinese dishes and one Xi'an local famous noodle or dumpling making, the two dishes will usually be Kongpao chicken, sweet and sour pork, if you are vegetarian, please let us know beforehand, we will arrange the suitable cooking class menue according to your vegetarian request.
After cooking class, enjoy the lunch which you cook during the cooking class, drinks is included for lunch, have a nice talk with our local cooking teacher to know more about Chinese cooking history and amazing food culture.
From here, our tour guide and driver will drive you to the world famous Terracotta warriors museum to see those 8000 pieces of Terracotta warriors and pottery horses which buried underground for the first Chinese emperor 2200years ago, on the way to the TCW museum, we will stop at the Terracotta warriors pottery factory for a short stay to learn how those underground pottery warrios are made by ancient Chinese, then drive to TCW museum directly from here.
After Terracotta warriors museim visit, drive back to Xi'an, our driver will take you back to your hotel, our tour will finish then.
