Tour Description

Day 1
Meet your guide and driver at your hotel and visit the city's renowned panda breeding center to see very cute giant pandas—more than any other panda breeding center in the world. Go to Wuhou Temple, one of the most well-known attractions in Chengdu, and visit Jinli Old Street, home to many historical buildings.
Next, stop at People's Park, one of the most popular places for residents to relax, and see locals sing opera, do tai chi, or play mahjong while sipping tea. Enjoy a slow-paced afternoon at the park before returning to your Chengdu hotel.

Day 2
Meet your guide at your hotel and drive to the famed Leshan Giant Buddha, more than 1,000 years old. Carved on a cliff at the riverside, the statue towers 233 feet (71 m) tall. At the ancient temple at the top of the mountain, admire a bird's-eye view of the Giant Buddha and the rivers. After lunch drive to a 4-star hotel at the foot of Mount Emei to prepare for the next day's hike and have dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 3
After meeting your guide at your hotel, take the bus to Mount Emei and ride a cable car up to the summit. If you are lucky to have a very clear sky without mist, admire the beautiful scenery on the top of Mount Emei. Then return to your hotel and ride back to Chengdu before drop-off at your Chengdu hotel or the airport.
